  • I am still so upset I have written this review so many times over the last few weeks, but it turns in to anger. So I stop and return a few days later... trying again. We just moved here and had our dogs groomed here. The first time they were groomed they did a great job so we called and asked the same woman to groom our two poodles for our wedding day. (Our dogs are our babies and a planned part of the ceremony, complete with their own tuxes.) On my wedding day I dropped our dogs off for grooming. I received a call less than two hours later that they were ready to be picked up. (one groomer, two poodles, under two hours for full grooming, baths, nail trims, etc.) The woman injured my babies :( They were cut up, literally bleeding. She cut their tummies, nails, and ears... weeks later my dogs ears still have scabs, she literally cut the tips of his ears off. Both dogs were shivering and wrapped in little balls for days. Not to mention blood all over my wedding dress, couches, bed, cars seats, husbands suit... Not just a little blood, enough that I considered and am still considering filing a formal animal abuse complaint. They owe me new wedding photos (mine are of butchered poodles and blood on my wedding dress, enough you can see in photos... their wounds kept reopening all day), reimbursement for the cleaning of two couches, (I got the blood out of my bedding,) my wedding dress, etc. I am so upset and can not keep myself calm enough to call and professionally handle this situation... and one of our poodles is a rescue who was abused and he was so sad and is again untrusting of strangers. The younger puppy has never been abused or treated poorly and he now runs when strangers come by. He was so happy go lucky. I can not even imagine how that horrible woman could possibly justify man-handling and rushing grooming my poodles to the point she abused and injured them. I don't care if you over-booked yourself these are live animals, my babies, and grrrrr I hate that I feel so much anger and hatred toward you. See posted photos
