  • There are several Boulangerie Premiere Moisson in the Montreal metro area. Feel free to search for the one closest to you. The boulangerie I visited is inside the Fromagerie du Marché Maisonneuve. Grab a numbered ticket, and they will call your number to service you. The baked goods are delicious. I went back a few times within a 30 minute window, for a regular croissant, then a Chocolate croissant, an almond croissant, and then a chocolate almond croissant. If you are in town, this boulangerie is a must.
