Drove all the way from the NW Valley to see and test drive the Plum Crazy Dodge Challenger... Only one left in the city. Never dealt with Chapman before, but I highly recommend them. They have taken fabulous care of us. Frankie Rodriguez has been a pleasure to work with and Sanchez took care of us getting the deal done! Come on over and ask for Frankie!
Edited now that the paint has been fixed. Frankie tried to help but the management did not. When you buy a NEW car you expect it to have no damage to the paint or body. My Challenger had paint damage to the metal like someone had bumped into it repeatedly in 5 places and also other minor damage to about 5 other places. We asked at purchase for this to be repaired. It took us writing the Chrysler Corp directly to get it repaired... And even then Chapman sent us a PAINT PEN to fix it. It took MONTHS to get it fixed and a different dealer looked at it and said a paint pen would NOT WORK to repair the problems. The manager of Chapman never spoke to us. All communications came through Chrysler Corp only after we reached out asking where things stood. It is finally repaired and looks amazing. My issue is it doesn't matter if you pay 10k or 300k for a NEW car it should be in just off the assembly line condition which should be essentially perfect! Yes I know damage will happen as I drive it but is should not start out that way and a dealer should not blow it off and not care. It should not take contacting Chrysler Corp to get it handled.
