While some of the employees obviously like their job here, it's evident that some should never work in customer or public services.
I moved all my pharmacy scripts to another location that isn't convenient. I've witnessed other customers asking questions only to be interrupted by the tech or pharmacist because they think they know what the question will be. No mind reading is necessary for the job.
I try not to want a Starbucks beverage here. I always hope that the gal(s) that have some imagined issue with authority isn't working there as she has bullied her coworkers into thinking they don't know their jobs. I have had the same order for years and while I don't expect them to know my order, I don't appreciate the attitude. I've spoken to them advising that the up charge for adding more of the same product to my drink isn't stated anywhere. I've called Starbucks and have asked the same question and was advised that is not their policy but that of Fry's. I am not overcharged any place else, just this store. I'm not ordering coffee as I understand the costs associated with espresso.
Seems that the same customer service problems are prevalent in the deli. While customers wait for the 3 people behind the counter to see who caves first in taking a request.
Just seems that if new employees are hired maybe they should be not face to face with the public until they can prove their abilities.
