  • I went to the location on Broadview Rd right next to my home. The service was fast but the customer service was unsatisfactory. Every time I come they can scan my VIN and have to retype my information which is a inconvenience. Also I have been getting the same oil change for over a year the service person Aaron tells me the manufacturer does recommend the GTX oil change and I will need to sign a waiver. He also tells me he doesn't care about the past we are talking about here and now. Which was very rude. I will not be back due to the poor customer service. The service has been declining over the past few months. New faces and poor attitudes.
