  • I haven't been to Rose for a while. Probably since October '16. Since then there have been a lot of changes. There was a time period during which they were not able to sell alcohol, and were only open for lunch during that time. Recently they have resumed business as usual, but not quite. The staff seems to have done a complete turnover. The servers on today were very nice and definitely trying their best, but did not seem prepared. Ultimately it was the food that really saved the experience, which was surprising because their food was never my favorite. We had roast beef sliders and the soup and salad, with the BLT salad and onion soup. Everything was really great. I hope they rebound from quickly from that little hiccup.
