  • I have wanted to join a MMA Gym for years. My ex did MMA, and I would sometimes go and meet him at various matches or gym's. So I was a little familiar with the different MMA gym's that are in the valley. It's really the mix of size, equipment, instructor knowledge but most of all the people that frequent a gym that make it a place you would want to be or not. Couture's place, has everything you need in terms of size and equipment and all the right people to help you get acclimated no matter where you are at in your training. I am really happy I joined up here. This place is great, and so are the people.
