  • I am very very pleased that I've worked with Randy Lee at this dealership. I can not express how happy I am with the deal that he was able to put together. One of the best dealerships I've ever worked with, but I'd highly advise specifically working with Randy, and that is because of my very poor experience with their Business "Development" Director at Victory Chevrolet. Kimberly was extremely impolite over the phone with me. She hanged up on me because she thought she couldn't sell me a car. Not only that but she had a really bad attitude and wouldn't give the customer a change to speak or in my case to really explain the situation. She simply raised her voice at me saying, "WE ARE NOT INTERESTED." And then hanged up. That's by all means not any near professional way responding to customers, and I honestly wouldn't trust such person near my clients, I wouldn't trust her with cleaning customer's rims at the service department let alone being Business "Development" Director. But thankfully Randy took over the situation and was able to put an amazing deal together. I've asked to specifically work with him after my very unpleasant experience with Kimberly, and I couldn't be happier. Calvin was the first salesman I've worked with at this dealership and he was beyond reasonable and really helpful, very nice person to work with, he was very patient with me over the phone and answered all of my questions. Thank you Victory Chevrolet.
