  • I had an issue with my furnace. The service tech, Jonathan, was the absolute best! He took the time to explain everything to me. He did not try to rush through anything. He stuck around for a while after everything was fixed to make sure everything kept working properly. It is rare to find this level of service now adays. I will definitely call Ross & Witmer (& hopefully can have Jonathan) for any future repair needs/service/upgrades I may need.
