  • My family has been using Sunrise for 3 years. 2 weeks ago when we went to pick up my 1 YEAR OLD CHILD the teacher said they had lost him and it was the front desk who called the room and said they had a child. Apparently he was in the hallway for a while and then the front desk. I told the assistant manager who then just said "ok". After feeling very upset, I called corporate who confirmed the video of my child wandering around the hallways. They did correct the situation and change some things. I don't feel this will happen again and normally it is ran pretty smooth without drama. They would get a 5/5 if they didn't lose my child that day.
