  • I was pretty excited to discover that Calgary was getting a second Victoria's Secret. While it isn't as extensive as the Chinook store, it's still nice knowing there's a store in the south if I ever need to pick something up. Now that I really think back about the service at this location, I don't believe I ever interacted with any staff members beyond making my purchases. No one greeted us or asked if we needed any help. In fact, there wasn't even someone at the fitting area so I just walked right into an open room. It wasn't busy at all so it's kind of odd that no one paid any attention to us. My biggest disappointment with this location was the swimwear section. It feels like it was almost halfheartedly thrown in the corner. In fact, it actually took some searching to find it. Other locations have entire sections devoted to swimwear. It's one of the things that Victoria's Secret does well at a reasonable price so it's a shame to hide it. Overall the biggest perk of this location is its convenience. It has all the flash and pizazz one would expect from Victoria's Secret but sub-par service and selection compared to other stores.
