  • When my stylist finished cutting and styling my hair, I was pleased. It wasn't until I styled it myself the next day that I realized the cut was severely uneven. I had a different style on my left and right side: one half of the back of my cut straight and the other half was cut at an angle down towards my chin. I called the salon as soon as I noticed, which happened to be while they were closed. I left a message with my name, number, and explaining what I discovered. I was willing to come any time asap. No one returned my call. Called again the following day without answer. If they would have returned my call, I'd be less upset. Overall disappointed, having someone else correct the cut and I won't be going back.
