  • Great service, excellent customer service! I've been so busy lately I hadn't had a chance to take my car in for an oil change or do it myself, so I Googled and this company came up. Great thing it did too! I emailed them via their website Tuesday morning, Steve called me within the hour, and I had an appointment for later that day. They were punctual (30 minute window), courteous, and extremely convenient. Unfortunately, I had a meeting I had to go to so I couldn't stay and talk, but the service was excellent, I spent 0 time waiting, and I felt very happy and satisfied with the short time I did talk with the gentleman servicing my vehicle. I was emailed a description of the fluids checked (and of course I verified, since it was my first time with them), tire pressure checked, and any other recommendations, as well as a copy of my receipt. I definitely plan to use them again in the future as the price is very competitive! I would've honestly expected to pay more for this type of concierge service.
