  • Very happy with my week long stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful. Daniel was especially helpful when I had an issue with the tv in my room. The tv was changed out within a day and they went above and beyond to provide compensation. Breakfast service is good. The attendant was very friendly and courteous. There was a bit of variety in the choices each morning. The rooms were very clean and in good condition. I never had any issues with the free WiFi. Good speed and connectivity. The heater had a normal noise level. Curtains were dark and cut out most of the light. The pillows and mattress were amazing. Truly. Better than the fairly decent ones I have at home. If I had to find anything to complain about it would be the lack of an in room movie buying service and the coffee choices. If the lack of movie buying keeps the rates at the reasonable level they are then I'm fine with it. Easy to live with. For the coffee in the room, it's okay. I've had better. There are better coffee packet choices. Overall, this is my choice of hotel if I'm ever back in the area again.
