rev:text	This is my first time ever leaving a review so it must of been that bad that I needed to do so. I scheduled an appointment for the Gender Reveal. Invited my family and my in laws. The two ladies that were there weren't very friendly at all. We were rushed the entire time. We were waiting on one more family member but she said we'll just get you started to see what the baby's position is. Next I know she's saying ok would you like to know what it is. When we finished up and headed out of the room we went to the desk to get our pictures and dvds. I let her know that I wanted to purchase two of the stuffed animals with heart beats. She acted super irritated and said well you needed to tell us first. I wasn't aware of that nor was I asked if I wanted to purchase any before we started. She said she would see if the other lady had time since they would have to turn the machine on to record the heartbeat. I also paid over $50 for two stuffed animals and all you can hear is static. It's really disappointing that something that should be so special is ruined by two people that are in such a hurry to get in and out. I guess next time I shouldn't schedule the last available appointment. But it's pretty irritating that they're in this business and don't make it special for the family. This is my first time having a baby, I understand that they see and do this everyday but they ruined our happy moment. We felt bad even asking the receptionist to take a family picture. My sister in law came here on her second child and was highly dissatisfied. I didn't realize that until I had already purchased my package otherwise I wouldn't of come to begin with. Go somewhere else that will take care of your family and truly treat the occasion like it's the special moment that it is!
