  • This place will def disappoint!! I rarely give poor reviews but save your money and DO NOT STAY HERE. First - poor service and understaffed. We waited almost and hour to check in with 2 front desk workers, mind you the hotel knew of a large conference that was checking in. I have been to less busy hotels with more staff... WTF. Two- when front desk informed me my reservation was inaccurate they didn't try to accommodate me. Three - the rooms SUCK. Very small not even a coffee maker. Four- restaurants are ok . EPIC is a joke. The service is very poor there and food is mediocre. The host LIED to me and said a section of the restaurant was closed but when my hubby asked to move to another area we were seated in the "closed section" where others were seated also. Five- elevators are old and barely work. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!!
