  • INCOMPETENT ADVISORS, Including The OWNER, Kerry with no Analyzer Machines To Properly Diagnose Vehicle Issues. Lesson learned the costly way! Check on aesthetics of the shop along with descent staff, but DO NOT be Swayed as one reviewer commented by their lack of knowledge. I took my car in January and T.J. gave me a laundry list of items that needed to be done with the brakes being the most critical in terms of safety. I received an oil change, brake fluid, spark plugs, and front brake pads, $580. Soon after my steering wheel shook/vibrated as I decelerated to brake from a higher speed. I took my car in several times and it was determined that the rotors were the issue. I replaced the rotors, $300 but soon after the shaking continued. I went on test drives with the mechanic. They re-checked the brakes and balanced the tires again. It was then determined that the rotors were defected. Jose replaced and warrantied them but the shaking continued. I took my car in again and went for another test drive with the mechanic. February, It was then diagnosed that both the right/left arms needed replacement which was most likely the cause of the shaking. Total cost $800. I was reluctant to pay for this job with no results after taking it in several times before but wanted a solution and approved the job. The shaking continued and was advised that the one of the arms was defected. I took my car in again for repairs. At some point it was also advised that one of the hub bearings was missing and was replaced. The shaking continued and continued to drive it this way before realizing it most likely wasn't safe and had to be fixed. I took my car in to Discount Tire on 4/23 and after explaining the entire situation they diagnosed that it was due to missing hub rings. This was the cause for the vibration/shaking in the steering wheel. There is no more shaking and vibration in the steering wheel. Total cost $5 vs. $1,100. I called Kerry's and spoke with Jose, explained the situation and while his comments, were "you needed the rotors and arms." I told him I need a new engine too for my 2005 toyota but is it necessary in order for my car to run, NO!! I requested these repairs due to the shaking that was misdiagnosed. Basically I advised, they were guessing, with fingers crossed that with each repair it would take care of the shaking. He said he understood and would pass it on to Bobby. Bobby never called and had to call in several times with various excuses. Bobby finally advised if it was up to him a refund would be granted but it wasn't up to him. I then received a call from Kerry, Owner and he said there would be NO REFUND. Greedy and unethical as he wouldn't come 1/2 ways on reimbursement. Kerry's tone was harassing and condescending as he questioned what a hub ring was? I advised that he google it. Our conversation was more of a vent session with his end remarks to tell me to lawyer up. Lesson - stick with dealerships that have analyzers. Taking your vehicle in for something that would be basic can quickly turn into a costly repair. They're the experts and should've caught this. It would've saved me a $1K.
