  • What a horrible experience! Checked out 3 days early after finding a bug in my bed. I guess the plastic on the mattress and box spring keep them on the surface. Pictures are old and are not what you see when you get there. Long term guests staying in some of the rooms. Smoke detector was hanging from ceiling, shower curtain and sheets had stains, 1/2 of the outlets in the room worked, mirror and shower head are mounted for a person 5'4" or under, floors especially under the bed have not been cleaned in at least a month and the door never locked from the inside and are now saying that I broke it and it will be $200 to fix. The "manager" Maria is rude and has lied and changed her story to me on multiple occasions, first telling me she was going to talk to the manager, then refusing to let me talk to the manager and then telling me to day she is the manager. Same with the door, first she said the handle and plate were hanging broken when housekeeping went into the room then sent pictures that did not give the same story and then said I broke the lock and that is why I didn't tell the office it didn't work. This place is scamming people! Stay away!
