  • I called this company about two hours ago and a woman told me a "field supervisor was in Surprise and about to finish up on another call and would call when he was on his way".... as it grew darker, I called again.... this time, they took all my information AGAIN...and it was clear that they had absolutely no one coming out here nor did they have any idea who I was. I'm very disappointed as I have three little dogs and we are now headed to a hotel for the night to keep them cool. Sorry - I can't recommend this company - especially for an emergency. Keep looking for a more professional company. If she didn't have anyone, she should not have told me someone was available and allowed me the time to find another company. Thank you for wasting my night! UPDATE: 8:40PM... A young man calls to say he "can" be there in 30-45 minutes. Now, that sure as heck doesn't sound like the "field supervisor who is in Surprise".... and I'm not confident at all that this kid can work in the dark without disturbing anyone AND would have all the parts he needs at 10pm at night.... I'm going to stick with getting a more professional company out.
