  • My desktop computer wouldn't turn on for me in the morning so I called a friend and they suggested that I take it to laptop exchange at this location because he had bought a ;laptop there and had a good experience. I walked in and was greeted immediately. When I told them what was happening the man helping me said that it sounded like the electrical source needed to be replaced (It might have a different computer name I don't remember). He got one for me and told me the price and it was less than I expected. I asked if he could install it for me because I didn't know how to and he did right there while I waited. He did charge me a labor fee but the total (parts and labor)came to about $80 which I thought was reasonable. I was in and out in about a half hour. I was very pleased and very surprised that they had negative reviews when I came to this site..
