  • This Starbucks gives ALL Starbucks a BADDDD rep! They have never made my order right! The slowest service EVER!!! They need to see how other big cities do it! Drive thru is a 15-20 minute wait. When I decide to go in and there is NO ONE else there, they will still make you wait 10 minutes!!! There are at least 4 women that work in there... but they work like robots.... I was looking at them in disbelief that I had to wait for 10 minutes while they tended to other tasks suck as grinding coffee, arranging the sandwiches etc! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! People have other places to go and not WAIT 20 minutes for a coffee especially when there is NO ONE there! Needs to management asap! Would rather drive 30 minutes into Calgary and get better service and better drinks!
