I have a life time members for three years. I think i would sum up as over promised and undelivered. A good example is a personal trainer sits down to sales pitch you for one hour into personal training program of $1,500 but yet does not have the time to show you around gym equipment for 15 minutes or help you get started. I had a second interaction with a personal trainer. Same sales pitch. I did buy a block of personal training and try the personal training for 4 weeks $370 dollars after discount. I was not that impressed when coaching included writing things down on scrap paper and different exercises each time. I would have preferred handouts or web page reference. I felt being more lead around the gym to do this and that exercise instead of developing consistent workout that i could quickly and easily do. The Try It Tuesday was interesting but again. Get clients into room or group fitness demo and up sell you on life time labs, products or personal training. Otherwise. one of the best gym's in the valley and well kept but tend to reuse older gym equipment when new gym equipment is purchased. The gym equipment does need to upgraded to use newer iPhone and android phone connectors and app to support streaming of TV audio. No one uses AM radio any more. The website is not useful with personal trainers preferring myfitnesspal.com and asking the client to share login id and password. The free WIFI is great. I would suggest 2-3 people walking around cleaning the equipment more often in addition to checking locker room showers for left over razors and and towels. Sad people don't clean up after them selves. Tip: Goto https://shop.lifetimefitness.com to order products. They do off a 10% discount for auto-ship. Same discount if you had personal trainer.
