Arrived this morning for my 9:00 appointment, 1 1/2 massage. I was told by the receptionist that it was cancelled that morning and they tried to call me at 8:06 this morning. Told her I never received a call, then she claimed to have the wrong number. This is strange since they have called multiple times in the past. They have a pretty rigid 24 hr cancellation policy if a customer cancels. I'm currently waiting for a response from this location. I did send them s letter on their comments. I've been a member for over two years, this might end that locality I had for them.
