  • Well...this is unfortunately my third update. To start, I have been moved out for 3 months now so I thought I was done being screwed over. The move out process was horrible. I made two appointments with the assistant manager to do a final walk through and she missed BOTH appointments (both of them for lunch). So I finally agreed to let her do it without me on her time the following Monday or Tuesday. At this point I am already moved out and in my new place. I stopped by in the middle of the day Friday of that week and GO FIGURE...she is out to lunch. The desk lady informs me that she still had not done a walk through so they could give me no information about how much I owe as a move out fee. She said they would call me as soon as its done so that I could finalize everything. Well here I am a few months later and my credit score drops a HUGE amount and debt collections starts calling me. As of now I got the credit score thing fixed with the collection agency and finally am done with this complex. I tried contacting the complex to talk about it but the assistant manager was out to lunch and hasn't called back like they promised. PLEASE read through my story (in other parts found here) with this complex before you move in. It was a span of 2 1/2 years and they are just horrible. Do not move here.
