  • The service today was awful. The one who rang me up did not smile once. She grabbed the wrong cup size, and when I gently asked, "Is that a Venti?", she didn't even acknowledge her mistake. She didn't get my name, so the final impression was someone saying, "Venti Skinny Caramel Macchiato", again not smiling or acknowledging the customer, and not responding to my "thank you". Hopefully, it's not always like this.
