  • After hearing about Pink's in LA, I decided to give it a try during my stay in Vegas. I stopped by for dinner around 6pm on Saturday and there was no wait! I ordered the Vegas Strip Dog which consisted of 2 hot dogs, chili, American cheese, guacamole, mustard, onions, and jalapeños (I got it without jalapeños) and a side of fries. This turned out to be such a heavy meal that I wish I had decided to split it with someone. The hot dogs were okay - not amazing but not bad. But all the toppings were great and are really what "made" this meal good. The fries, although they seemed mediocre, were crunchy and addicting. It's a good try but is kind of pricy for hot dogs even topped with everything. This is a once in a while type place, in my opinion.
