  • Cold called my 91 yr old father in law and sold him a brand new unit after telling him that everything was wrong with his (working fine) ac unit. That was in April. Now in July with outside temps over 100° and several visits to try to fix it - still not working. They do not understand the unit and seem incapable of fixing it. Not answering when I call, not returning my vmails. Next stop BBB and attorney general's office. Then my lawyer... Stay as far away from these guys as you can get.
