Been wanting to try this place specifically from their fresh ramen noodles. Kind of disappointed that the noodles were not made to order. What's the point of having the glass room with the machine but it's not being used? Lol
Luckily from the texture of the noodles, it does seem freshly made (ahead of time).
Another disappointment was the taste of the broth. We ordered miso and tonkasu and it both fell short. Not to mention we also asked for spicy and it wasn't as spicy as we imagined 3 pepper signs to be.
First time having chives in Ramen rather than scallions??? Cha Shui was sliced super thin. Also add ons toppings were around $1-1.50, more than average ramen joints around town.
All in all, pretty disappointed. For around the same price I prefer Monta, Sora, or Ramen Tatsu
