  • Yesterday I picked up my wonderful new dog at GTA World Cargo. It was such an exciting day of course & the pickup experience was central to our day's plans. We arrived too early because we were overzealous & also because the directions given stated pickup must be made no later than one hour after arrival. So we waited. During that time the busy staff were completely accomodating. One very efficient young lady in particular took us under her wing to make us comfortable. Soon after my dog arrived she even took a photo of my guy in his crate so that I could see him & know that he was OK! It took just a short time after that for the paper work to get done & for us to be happily on our way. The customer service made all of the difference! And to that young lady, I am sorry that I didn't get your name. I certainly hope that you are recognized for your lovely attitude towards your responsibilities!
