  • I have been coming here for at least a year now, i have brought some of my family and friends.. A loyal customer,Because of the excellent service given to me before, you would think that they would appreciate my business everytime. iv never had as much issues in one seating.. But last friday was the last straw. The last couple visits i had was bad service. Last friday, philip, i think was his name, did my nails.. And the one prior That. He always manages to dig a little more into the sides of my finger. It stung everytime i get my hands wet after the visit, i could just let that pass.. But what pissed me off is when kim, did my eyebrows, she managed to burn my skin and not say anything after, not even a sorry.. Still asked me to pay for the aweful service!! I will not come back to this place anymore! They also managed to make me feel like a burden on friday, i was there at 9:30am to almost 12nn? Because i had asked for a full set, a pedi, and an eyebrow wax.. But during the entire time my ears were burning from them talking about who's going to do what on me.. And how the other person had take over the pedi, because there are customers waiting.. LIKE MY BUSINESS isnt needed/appreciated! I dont know abt you, but i would rather have the same person who started the job to finish it as well.. But of course that didnt happen.. I am sooo disappointed and infuriated. Taking my business somewhere where its appreciated.
