  • Loved the food, but the service was awful. If we werent so hungry we would have left. Made a reservation for 7:30a on a saturday night. We got there and were almost embarrassed we had a reservation, as the place was 1/2 empty and lots of employees just wandering around. Told the hostess we were there, were sent to the bar , ( that had 2 guests and 2 bartenders). We looked around and the place was dead. We watched as the manager, and 3 hostesses and a bunch of waiters just stood there- and we were waiting. A few minutes later, my brother went up and said, we do have a reservation how much longer do we have to wait - and they gave us some lame answer - but the place was dead! A few minutes later we were seated and we knew right away this was trouble. The waiter was awful, awful attitude and not the least bit attentive. Any request we had he acted as if we were bothering him - rarely came by - and didnt come back to fill drinks unless we flagged him down. This really wasnt good- because the food is GREAT - just the service is awful. I would order everything at once - and pray. We had lobster tacos, sashimi, nyc sirloin and drinks. Our bill was $175 for 2 people - for that money - we should have had far better service. I couldnt imagine how bad the service would be if they were actually busy. I would go back again, but would not dare to sit down if we got the same waiter..... oh and one last REALLY funny but sad part--- So my brother goes to the mens room- and the attendant is in there w/ his Child! they have all of their items for the evening on the floor ( that to move so the people could get in) and the kid sat there watched him go to the bathroom! Take your kid to work night ? YES he sat there and watched. Its a Very small bathroom.
