I am glad I only paid for one of three tickets. That made it worth it. After seeing it though I would not pay full price to see it again. First off my son was excited to see the juggler. Not sure what happened but there was no juggler the night we went. I am so glad the trapeze artists perform with a net because yes someone fell. Then on the wheel of death one of the guys tripped on his jump rope and almost fell off. While I do understand that nobody is perfect, and what they are doing is difficult, you could just feel the vibe of the audience change to that of disappointment when the artists could not deliver on the highlights. Another thing I am not really fond of in cirque is a live singer as per my experience usually the sound is not controlled properly and they come across as blaring rather than charming, mystical, or beautiful like some of the other soundtracks. And the clowns, first off don't sit up at the top if you want to see them. We could hardly see anything they were doing. When we did it made no sense. Some of my least favorite clowns in cirque. Then there is the contortionist, they need to redo the choreography on his act because although he is probably super talented, his part if the show is boring. The show is ok to go see once if you can score a free ticket, but I think the entire show is just in desperate need of an overhaul.
