  • I was obviously terrified when I read so many bad reviews of Hertz, but hey- sometimes people only write a review when they're MAD and not when they're SATISFIED! I had to exchange a car I got in L.A, and I was bracing myself for it to be a hassle, but IT WASN'T! Everybody from start to finish was nice and efficient. Thanks David for getting me in and out of there swiftly:)
