  • Without getting into specifics, my warning to shoppers is this company doesn't do the right thing when they have a chance. They make decisions and base customer service on short term goals. We also had an experience where the item we bought and got delivered had clearly been water damaged and had a really bad odor. So I'm not sure their storage facility is really secure. Bottom line - shop somewhere else Which is a shame because their store has cool looking stuff but they need some counsel and training on customer service
