  • Still seeing Dr. Taylor and I couldn't be happier with the service I am getting here. A couple things for new comers to keep in mind is that (at least with Dr Taylor) if you're time-constraint is tight you'll want a first-in visit time. I've noticed that on a couple occasions as the day progresses her schedule becomes very hectic and sometimes it lags behind. While I wouldn't find this acceptable for general eye appointments, I feel that it is ok for those of us who have more concerning needs like glaucoma, etc. The longest I've waited total from arriving to departure was 2.5 hours, and on that day she had a couple emergencies come up (she's an eye surgeon too!) so while some of the other patients got rather cranky, I knew eventually I'd get to see her and she wouldn't rush me just because she was behind.
