  • Very conflicted. We used Emily to purchase our home while we were stationed over-seas. it was a seamless and wonderful experience. So, we refered a friend and they had no issues either. Then my parents wanted to relocate and naturally I recommended Emily, but she passed it off to Ryan. my parents did not have the same experience we had actually they ended up having issues with him and the level of professionalism was seriously lacking. we thought this must've been a fluke so when my mother-in-law decided to purchase a home we refered Emily, but again it was passed off to Kerry. immediately homes were being sent to my mother-in-law that were out of her price range. we later discovered Ryan and Kerry are married and we're not good realtors at all. there were so many issues that I don't have the patience to write them all down. eventually my mother-in-law decided to back out of the deal. We have brought 4 home deals to this agency based off of our initial experience. Emily was great, but be cautious of Ryan and Kerry. **UPDATE** Emily pulled through and my mother-in-law just closed on a house. This experience was MUCH better. You can trust Emily for your home purchase.
