  • I would have given their car installation 5 stars except that I had to call several times and wait on hold quite a while before I finally reached somebody who could set up my appointment for a backup camera installation on my car. Once I arrived for my appointment, I was treated well and their tech did an excellent job with installation. She got it installed without moving the driver's seat to a different position, made sure the lights were turned back to auto, and had me familiarize myself with it before leaving. Best Buy doesn't have a waiting room; instead, you get to sit on very comfy chairs in their TV dept. The electronics staff was friendly while I waited.
