  • I was referred here by my orthopedic surgeon, just to have vocal chord testing prior to surgery on my neck. First off, there are three staff members sitting at the desk and the only thing they appear to be doing is fielding questions from patients who've been waiting hours to go back, second the questionnaire they make new patients fill out is ridiculous. It's an ENT office, can't understand why they think they need to know answers to some pretty personal questions that are clearly not ENT related, finally (and the reason I'm even writing this review) - apparently making patients wait for hours is standard procedure. As a new patient I had hoped the office was just having an off day and got behind. However after the number of angry patients telling the ladies at the desk how sick they are off having to wait so long every time they come in (1 man even left after the staff couldn't assure him that he could expect to be out in 2 hours for his other Dr. Appointment), I see this is SOP for this office. I cannot stand doctors who think it's perfectly fine to make their patients wait like this on a regular basis. So happy I will only have to be here for one test. Since one star is required for a review, I give it to the artwork in the office! Nice Jennifer Main piece and others I'm not familiar with
