  • The unbelievable prompt service our waiter had along with his staff. Located at the palms casino, alllll the way to the right in the corner is tucked away this hidden gem! I didn't know what to expect, it was a dimmed restaurant and was fairly busy when we arrived at 8:30pm on a Saturday. The steak was phenomenal. The scallops were even better. But I have to say I give it to these guys for their steak. There were plenty of food options that were at our table given we had a big party (10-12pp) and tried different food. Sashimi tuna 5/5 (savory/salty side) but real fresh and sliced thinly, topped with greens and jalepenos Calamari 5/5 crispy and flavorful Bread basket 5/5 3 options of bread we had, a pretzel like served with honey Dijon mustard, a sweeter corn muffin bread, and another bread with bacon baked within it served with cold butter. Truffle fries 5/5 huge basket, enough to share 3-4 people and are steak fries, comes with an aioli sauce Scallops with potato risotto 4.5/5 perfectly cooked scallops with small potato pieces, not your typical risotto dish but very fresh. Aged steak - 5/5 cooked medium rare and was beyond amazing. Tastebuds we're going crazy! Others at our table ordered the lamb chops, chicken, pasta, and bone in aged steak as well. Which all looked delicious. I don't think there were any complaints :) Enjoy!
