rev:text	I called these guys a few weeks ago after a quick yelp check for appliance repair to fix my microwave. My experience with placing the call for service was good. The operator I spoke to was friendly and helpful. They could have fit me in the same day but my schedule would not allow it. A couple days later (at my request) the technician came out to the house. I am horrible remembering names, can't recall his name right now..... He was cordial and polite. Seems like that should be a given but we all know it is NOT! As we walked into the house I explained the problem I was having and he expressed to me how it was likely a very costly repair from my explanation. After a quick inspection he confirmed the touch pad was bad. Without hesitating he said I would love to have an easy fix for you but I don't. He went on to explain that a repair would be too costly and it was best to buy a new microwave. His exact statement was "I could not in good conscience offer to fix it when you can buy a new one for less". Now again you think that would be a no brainier but as we all know it is NOT! In the day and age of up selling, commission based pay and a lack of integrity, I have come not to expect honesty in the trades or service industry. With that being said I will be a customer of this business for as long as they are open! Thanks for the honesty, thanks for not selling me a line of BS and thanks for restoring some faith in people for me. You may not realize it but companies like yours are almost on the endangered species list........
