  • The front desk staff was great! Very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and roomy. No complaints there. Parking is an additional $18 per day. Wi-fi is also not free. It's an additional $10 a day. No free wi-fi was a disappointment. The free shuttle service, however, was a huge plus! If your destination is within a mile or so of the hotel, they will take you and pick you up for free!!! The shuttle took my party and I to the Hard Rock, Progressive Field, and the State Theatre. Would stay here again. :)
