| - They were punctual, called as they said they would about 30 min before arrival. 2 guys, very polite, one very talkative. Explained what they were going to do. Said they couldn't get the carpet clean, said it was worn and made me sign something to that affect. The carpet is only 2 yrs old. I should have told them to leave right then. I think they did a below average job, no attempts to get out a few stains, just said they couldn't get them out. SS always shows you the stains before they try to get them out, and then again after they have worked on them. Most always an improvement. I didn't see any special effort with Sears. Then to top it off I upon finishing up, the main guy talked about tipping, mentioned it twice in as little as 3-4 min. I held my tongue. I have never heard of tipping carpet cleaners, what's next, tipping the electrician ? I would not call them again.
