Well it's been a year since my mom has been at Glencroft. They continue to try and make improvements to the place and the services are still good. In the year that my mom is been there I've noticed that there's a huge turnover in staff. But each new group people come in are still as nice as the previous. It is a nonprofit so I imagine this has a lot to do with the turnover. The only negative is the dining hall services. it seems as though they are really cutting corners there and the quality and service has gone south. It is one of the more reasonable senior living places in Phoenix so it's understandable that you're not going to have a five-star dining but please, hire dining hall staff with a little more common sense. They are friendly and nice to the residents though. I would still recommend it. I want to add that there are so many things for the residents to do here. There is a church, a small store, pool, fitness classes, many events. There are also buses that take the residence shopping and to doctors appointments. It's well worth the cost associated with renting here. I believe your elderly relative will enjoy it here
