rev:text	I had four estimates for my doors. First call was able to beat them all, and provided excellent service. Because I work in my garage a lot, I went with insulated steel-back doors from Unique. Ryan took the time to look at my neighbor's installation, where they used some hidden weather seals without having to attach something to the stucco outside. His crew duplicated that technique and it turned out great. The Unique brand doors are so quiet, even my dog doesn't know when I've come home! What makes this business stand out is that they're responsive. Nowadays, some contractors can't be bothered to respond to an inquiry. Ryan is persistent. He follows up on every communication, usually within minutes, whether it's by phone, text or email. My door was custom ordered so I needed to pay half up-front. Ryan was kind enough to stop at my house to process the transaction electronically in my presence because I told him I avoid giving out my credit card info by telephone since I've been compromised so many times. I do recommend 1st Call add a simple option to accept secure payments over the internet, as it would have saved us both some time. The crew that installed was prompt, professional and very respectful of my belongings. They even ran new wire between the existing opener and the electric eyes just to make everything more tidy. After a few days, I asked a question about a minor adjustment issue on my new doors. Ryan didn't try to blow it off because he'd already been paid. He sent a technician out to see if there was a problem and to make a minor adjustment. Next time I need garage door work, you know who will be my 1st call.
