  • Leo's is awesome! They're short ribs are insane! It's a large portion, rice, and two sides for 10 dollars. If you like Chicken Katsu, you have to try out Leo's Katsu sauce. The service is good, you walk up to the counter and get your food pretty quickly. This is a casual spot.
