  • Wow, first time dealing with them and I should have read the reviews first. Yes, they showed me a cheap price (bait) and then added on a bunch of "accessories" (switch) as has been documented by others here, and casually steered me to new cars (switch attempt). When I called, I asked if there was anything other than the basic tax, title, etc. I didn't expect to sit down to tons of extra charges. I certainly didn't intend on spending hours trying to look at a car and then getting a load of pick-my-pocket charges. I called about noon and was told the car was there and said I was coming in. Then they called and said the car was at another location and would be in by, the latest, 1:30. I called back later and was told the car was still not there so I went and ate lunch. I later showed up and the car (electric) had basically no charge and was on the charger with 5 miles of charge. Ben was working us and had no concern for our time. I kept asking what it would be out the door and got no response. He showed us other new cars (I didn't want) and then we later got the numbers and add-ons and I walked out. I called back and John (one of two?) said that I wanted the car for $7000 which was a load of crap and he was yelling at me on the phone! I never said ANY price I wanted the car for other than discussing at some point their advertised price. John said there was an issue with their computer systems not in sync or updated or some load of garbage. The next day the car was listed for about $800 more than when we came in. Bottom line is the car was listed at $8645 and ended up about $11,000. The next day I got their full price including everything and it was $11,940.82 and included 1,502.82 in "taxes and fees" which is very high for 7.95% tax and an EV with MINIMAL registration\VLT (my current, same car, cost for the yearly registration is less than the custom plate fee of $25) and $994 for "Accessories: Safety/Recon $535, Vehicle Prep Fee $459". Then there's this line "Payments for the vehicle without Accessories are available upon request." What??
