  • I love REI. The associates are knowledgeable, professional and personable. The prices are fair, especially with how helpful the staff is. This is all true, if you're referring to the Paradise Valley store. The Chandler store is definitely prettier, but run and managed poorly, by comparison. The attitude of the staff is less than friendly, and they're generally unhelpful when asking questions. They do not even turn the phones on immediately on opening. For the love of God, just shop at the Paradise Valley store.
