  • When you move to a new area you take for granted all the routine tasks that you have to perform on an occasional bases. One of these tasks being getting an oil change. When the time came to take in my Saturn Ion for her needed upkeep, I decided to give this place a try after getting their flyer in the mail. If you've gone to one quick oil change place, then you've gone to them all. Standard pull your car into the garage, get out, and tell them what you want. This place has a waiting room, but it isn't marked, so I stood on a doormat by the door. This is usually against the rules due to insurance reasons, but nobody said anything to me. Standard process, they checked all my fluids during the change. They asked me if I wanted to have my brake fluid topped off and I said yes. After they completed the services, they vacuumed out my car. When I got the bill, it was a little higher than I was expecting. They charged me for a bottle of brake fluid. This is usually an included service at most places. It wasn't much, so I let it go since they did vacuum out my car and the service was quick. Paid the clerk and got into my car. What did I find there? Half a bottle of brake fluid. My feeling of getting hustled was gone. I will repeat.
