  • I am also getting billed for an appointment that I supposedly missed in October 2014. I started receiving statements in March 2015 for a $50 missed appt fee and a $50 late charge and have now received a letter threatening to send me to their lawyer and collection agency. I have spoken to the Billing Office staff multiple times trying to resolve this issue stating I am not responsible for these charges and have been spoken to very rudely and was hung up on by the Office Manager. Very interesting that there is someone else on this site also receiving a bill for the same month for the same issue. I have filed a complaint with my insurance company regarding this office. I would not recommend this office to anyone, I have never been treated this way by a clinic, and would like to get a hold of Trudy C. and R R. from the previous posts.
