  • I moved to Phoenix a year ago and was super nervous on finding a salon. I came across Snapdrgaon on Yelp and gave them a call after reading their stellar reviews. I was given an appointment with Cassondra after the front receptionist took time to ask me about my hair. It was love at first sight and I have been going to her ever since. More on that in a minute. Snapdragon is a very calming and peaceful place. It is clean, modern and not "snobby" (like some salons) at all. Everyone is friendly there. I always look forward to Nicole at the front desk greeting me when I walk-in. While Snapdragon is always buzzing with activity, the vibe is that not of chaos, but that of each stylist (artist) working hard to make each client feel amazing. You never have to wait long at Snapdragon as one of their hair stylist assistants will wash your hair (more of an amazing massage - ask for Glenn if you can; you won't regret it) and make you feel comfortable as they get ready for your appointment. Cassondra is an amazing artist and well worth waiting to get an appointment with her. Not only is she my hairstylist, she is also my friend and makes it her point to make me feel amazing. Her attention to detail and her focus when she is with me is superb. She has perfected her craft and it shows. I have been voted best hair at work and she works hard to keep that cred up for me. Thanks to her amazing talent, I now have straight bros coming-up to me at the gym complimenting me on my hair. I do not have easy hair to cut as it truly has a mind of its own. She knows how to cut it with such skill every time. Cassondra is also amazing with color and always ensures that my color/hair not only looks good in the moment, but will also look amazing and natural as it grows out. Please have no reservations making a reservation at Snapdragon!
